Webinar- Supporting Your Team with Employment Assistance Programs
About the Webinar
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are often seen as a support for times of crisis, but their true value lies in early intervention and ongoing wellbeing. In this session, we’ll explain what an EAP is and how to normalise the use of such programs. We will help leaders recognise early warning signs of stress, trauma and burnout and highlight how embedding EAP into everyday workplace culture is not just a benefit, but a proactive tool to lead a healthier, more engaged, resilient team.
